One of the best Walmarts.... It's a clean, organized store that typically has plenty of registers open, so you are in and out in record time...

I was trying to enter Walmart when this big black man walked up to me telling me I have to leave the store because of my horrendous dogs (my feet). he was wearing a Walmart uniform, so I expected him to work there.

Came in here looking for specific Asian food but they don't have a large assortment of Asian dishes/ ingredients. Otherwise, the store was clean and similar to every other Walmart.

The store in Alex City is in a remodel, it's a mess. Check out was a joke. Otherwise it was a typical Walmart experience. Update, well the remodeling appears to be done. It's nice in some ways, but at the front it seems a little crowded to me. Actually it seems crowded all through the store but at least it's merchandise. I think it's definitely better than it was.

No service whatsoever. Rude employees. Lanes you can't use. Do it yourself store. Why bother having employees if they're all gonna stand around doing nothing and being pissy and absorbed in their phones. Seriously.

The Walmart experience is the same no matter what store or in which state. They may change the isles or the check out, but it is still Walmart. So sad that the prices do not decline.

Had a greeter call my job to make a complaint on me while I wasn't at work, and the incident wasn't even affiliated with my job. I did contact HR and I will be following up on this by the end of the week.
After being watched by the associates in the self checkout area, my entire transaction, scan for scan, she asked me to check my receipt, I showed her without her being able to see my card information, and she snatches it out of my hand and individually checks each item.
After she started letting people go around me, I ask why would she ask to check my receipt when I was just watched by four other employees and she makes a smart reply, so I told her she wouldn't check another one, and I meant exactly that! I don't care what I have in my buggy.
She calls my job and complains which was for what? I wasn't there!
It's not my fault that the economy has made people lazy, and they can't scan those high price items in my cart! So you'd assume I steal it? That could be fixed if you'd go back to those watching us actually do the work.
Hopefully HR did look into this, because as I said, I'm following up on this.

Nice clean Walmart just had been remodeled. It seemed like they were low on their inventory.
