I was having problems with receiving a digital copy of a passport photo, and they told me that there was nothing they could do to help me. All they had to do was resend me the passport photo to my email but instead they wasted my money and more importantly my time.

They failed to send me a link to access my passport photo and the manager told me that I had to get support from Walgreens online and of course they were not much help either.

tried to fill a prescription that wasn’t even active from a doctor I don’t even use then had the audacity to tell me I was trying to fill it twice. pathetic judgmental excuse of a staff.

I experience this rude front desk worker at the pharmacy she really do not know how to talk to people are treat them she talk like she really does not care about her job and talk to people with very non consistent service she is rude with the way she addresses people I ask to speak to the manager she inform me that it wasn’t gone to get nothing done but unfortunately the manager was very sweet and got my meds if it wasn’t for Kate I would have went off but because of here sweet presence I’m okay need more people like Kate there she makes it worth going back but if it was left up to me I would go back

I had to move my account so I decided to go to Walgreens. I had Dr Law to send the prescription there. The girl on the counter seemed. Like we interrupted whatever and we told here we just change from Winn Dixie. She left for 5 minutes, came back and asked it won't be ready until after noo tomorrow. We came back the next day and she said it's not available, but there is another I could get. She says the Dr has to give me the prescription. It is Sat. At 1 pm. I can't get my Dr the clinic. Is closed. I am not happy with this service. Her personal cell phone needs to be put away.

Tried to come in an hour before closing, the doors were locked. Employees refused to make eye contact to let me in. Worst customer service EVER!!!!

I had a package and it was tapped up and ready to ship fed ex. I had the email with the QR code to ship. Well they were rude and lazy and said they did not take QR codes! It was a prepaid package - never have I had that experience at a Walgreens location! This is part of the process! Never will I walk back in this store!!

They closed the store 15 minutes early last night, the young curly headed guy working looked me in the face n walked off playing his music in his ear buds me n two other customers was outside. Very rude & unprofessional

Made a Covid booster appt using the online app. The people at the pharmacy required all the same info that was given to them the 1st, 2nd, as well as online. My appt was for 10:40, yet at 11:05 I am still sitting here waiting. If you can’t manage a service, don’t offer it. This is one of the reasons why compliance is at an all time low!

Pharmacy received my prescription from my doctor on Monday and I have been calling since to check on it and was never told it was out of stock. I called this morning to have my prescription transferred and they were rude and unprofessional. They left Walmart on hold for 10 minutes. I started calling at 9 a.m. and it is now 2:30 p.m. and 2 days later. My husband had to call and they just now transferred the prescription. I feel as though they do not care about anyone.

I was literally at Walgreens for 4 hours trying to get some prescriptions filled 12/31/21. One min the drive thru is closed, one min it’s open. One min you only can drop prescriptions off in the inside only, the next you can do drop offs and pick ups. Suggestion!! When all of your customers prescriptions aren’t filled because the medication isn’t available until Monday (just go ahead and tell your customers so they can go to another pharmacy to pick it up) not having the customer come back for the 4x today. This pharmacy is just really unorganized. Maybe the manager should ask for management advices from Corporate.
