Avoid Saturdays! Passive aggressive ahh old lady working on Saturdays. Ma'am if you weren't so confident about simply READING romanized foreign address correctly as it is why don't u just check with me like once before you register it on the system instead of snapping at me that you just typed "everything that is there" AFTER messing it up? Hard to recognize freak oriental oogabooga I guess ?? skill issue ?

I agree with the other guy's review if I could rate it a zero I would. This location has given me the run around for two months with the change of address. Two months later finally received my mail after making several empty and wasted trips to the location when living in another state. I will go to other locations going forward.

If I could give a 0, I would!! The guy this morning was very rude!! I had an email for them to scan to verify my identity because I was having trouble changing my address online. He shoved a change of address form at me and told me to fill it out!! I never got to show him the barcode to scan because he was so rude!! NO CONCERN WHATSOEVER!! If you are not going to help people, why even work there!!?? Oh, wait. Because you not even having to really work!!

I received a notice that my package could not be delivered due to "animal interference." I have watched the footage from my cameras around the house. There was not an attempt to deliver. The driver did not pull in my driveway, nor did this person walk to the front door. Now, I have a notice that I can't reschedule a delivery because they will make another attempt on December 11....a Sunday? Ridiculous!

I live not even a mile from the post office and we have random mail times. Sometimes 8 am sometimes 8pm. They just toss packages on our porch and leave. We have dogs and they used to just leave our gate wide open. We had to buy keep gate closed signs and evem so it still happens sometimes. Today we had outgoing mail with our flag up and whoever was driving just blew past our house since we didnt have mail apparently. When I called the post office direct number which took me several other incidents to finally obtain, it just rang and rang and rang. Ive asked to pick packages up when they were at the post office after the trucks left for delivery for the day and I was told no several times and one woman said yes one time. Trying to mail something when they open is a joke because they dont actually open until like 8:10 because they'd rather be talking and you can hear it through the door. Everyone here is lazy and never in a rush to do anything.

Lost a package that was last updated a month ago. And have been in the post office three separate times and keep getting the runaround I was given a phone number to call but once you finally get to the end of the phone call it text you a link to open a claim I am the claim link only says that this service is not available or you can wait on hold for 2+ hours. And the people inside could not be less helpful

This P O might as well not have a phone, I found it impossible to communicate with them this way. The 800 number sends you to national phone system and after jumping through hoops, I was told wait time exceeded one hour. I could drive the 18 mile distance in less time. The 256.number will transfer you to an operator who never answers. This is a relatively new development for a year ago I called and talked to Postmaster. I did not get a mail delivery yesterday and this is extremely rare event (I should have received Outlook as minimum). I simply wanted to know what happened and if it was only me or route Problem. Sad, is P O staff this short?
