Do to Covid I understand certain frustrations with answering numerous questions and concerns. However, as workers and those employed to work there I am sure you are still supposed to treat People with Dignity and Respect. That being said returning a phone call and not hanging up on someone for asking a simple question as to where their claim is in the process is not a hard question. You are employed by the government which is to support US the Citizens
