The support in the Alexander City store was awful. The person helping me was rude and had the worst attitude. I asked for a manager and was told they were out to lunch . I don't really get why businesses put these types of people working with the public. I was simply trying to return the equipment to the store. Then the company blames you for the equipment not working like I'm a technician. I simply did what customer service told me to do and the response was I don't know why they told you to come here. Why have a store open that can't take equipment is the real question. They issue it out so why can't you return it . Why mail it in?

Recently tried to purchase a new iPhone 15 Pro. Our service address and billing address are 2 different items. I clearly explained my situation to her the importance of having the phone shipped to my home address (billing address). 2 days she says I’ll get my phone. On Tuesday of the following week I get a text that’s it’s being processed for ship and lo and behold to the service address. I call customer service, they said when it actually starts to ship I can call FedEx and change address. Well NO I can’t because I didn’t ship it. Back to Spectrum it’s due to arrive and can’t get a straight answer from ANYONE! Finally reach a representative that just cancels the entire purchase and sends it back. I am BEYOND disappointed….

I am a new Spectrum customer. I got all the equipment in and the installation was so easy. Then I went to the store in Alex City a couple of weeks later and was going to add cell phone service. The lady got all my information but then said that I was not approved for the phone I wanted!! She said I may need to wait several months since I am a new customer..Well, 3 days later I went online and filled out all the information for the new cellphone I wanted and was immediately approved!! Do they have different systems than online?? Because this was really not good at all. Stores and online need to be on the same page!! This isn't good customer service.

Drove all the way there today. Just to find out when I got home almost an hour away that my coax cable is missing for my new equipment. Friendly service, but you guy's really need to check the boxes before giving them to the customers. Especially for those who come out of there way a good distance. Now I have to go another day without internet.

So let's say your bill comes out on the first, bear in mind you are paying in ADVANCE you have service for five years. You cancel on the 2nd you are billed for the entire month. WHY? THEY CAN CUT IT OF IN A MINUET BUT YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING YOUR NOT GETTING?WHERE IS OUR GOVERNMENT TO PROTECT "ITS PEOPLE" ON predatory policies such as these,I think a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT IS IN ORDER!!!

I use to love spectrum but now I can’t freaking stand y’all ! I moved into a new house and have been waiting two weeks for y’all to come out and fix my stuff !!! And for some reason your tech keeps canceling my appointments without even letting me know !! Why tf am I’m going to be paying for something I can’t even use ! I’ve never been more mad in my whole freaking life ! I am so disappointed with y’all if this doesn’t get fixed soon I’m taking my money elsewhere!

Oh my I wish I could remember his name! But he was very attentive and helped us through everything. He was a great man to work with!And if you ever get Dee on the phone she is also amazing. It's nice especially these days to have GREAT customer service people!
