I purchased a toilet seat in December 2022, and the plastic hinges broke. I did not have my receipt but I called the store anyway. The assistant manager was kind and allowed me to bring the seat back and get a replacement. The cashiers were helpful, measured the seat and made sure that I had the right one.I am very happy with the service and helpfulness of the employees. I will definitely shop this store again, and I will also try to keep my receipts for at least a year.

Was looking for a pretty pricey item, walked around the entire store, looked on the aisle that the sign said it was on, 4 employees at front counter, 2 employees at back counter, not one employee offered to help me. That's okay though, because I will be spending thousands remodeling my house at Home Depot.
