Overall, I give them a 3.75+ stars based on my experience. Customer Service 3.0, atmosphere 2.5 & retail price comparisons is a 3.5... Pros: you will find different items as needed & desires as pleased if you explore throughout this roses store. Con: It be long lines & short staffed always hiring!!!....

We have been in there multiple times lately and it has been awful. My husband likes to get cheap work pants there but it has gotten ridiculous. It's always something. The people at the cashier register are rude and DO NOT know how to do their job! We've had one that multiple scanned our items. Didn't take it off and when I pointed out that she didn't take them out she got rude. Another night they started turning the lights out before they were closed and there were multiple people in the store. Then was saying that "yall almost got locked in." And was overall rude. Trust me I've worked with the public so I know what it is like to want to go home at the end of the day but don't lose business by being rude. Then tonight went to get a pair of pants and instead of typing in a barcode made my husband go get another pair of pants the tag said 9.99 but when she scanned them they said 11.99 she tried to just get me to pay. I pointed it out and she just stood there. Finally she just said "do you just want to pay for them, if not you'll be waiting for my manager for a while and I have a line." My husband not being confrontational just paid for them and we left but this is absolutely ridiculous!!!

Can find bargains here... Gotta look though!Store is under distress, roof leaking and no air conditioning.. Brutal for customers and mostly for stuff ?

When I went lots of bare shelves, store looks old and unkept, prices was fair. It was very dirty on inside shelves covered in dust floors was needed a good sweep.
