Your branch is Nice, Competent and UNDERSTAFFED. Your survey is among the most useless I have ever taken all questions give a false impression of "everything was great, I love this place etc. If Gallup designed this for you get your money back.

Let me start off first by saying that the representative did not explain everything correctly to me. She deposited 75% of my funds into a credit card account which she knew had a process of at least two weeks on it. I went to Atlanta and got stuck with no food and I certainly could not get a hotel room. My funds were held and I went very hungry during this process. Customer service is not open later in the day or on any weekend. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. If you want to have control of your money go to Wells Fargo or any other bank but this one is definitely not it!

The branch manager has trouble customer service I have came this location over 3 times about the same issue and nothing has been resolved

I called this Location while I was near to find out information about a notary... The computer system after multiple attempts was telling me that they were too busy to receive calls... when I showed up at the location it was still giving me the same system response however inside the employees in fact we're not busy.

After being with Wells Fargo over 10 years, regions has been the worst experience of my life! They offer services as if they are new however; I have had them since 2009. Customer service is terrible if ever you call it will be a 30 min wait at least. Once you speak with them it's a run around number after number and still no solution. Skip the hassle and to your nearest Wells Fargo they actually care and will help you grown in the future.
