I have been shopping at O'reillys for many years.Jessica has been more helpful than many other associates.Any one that deals with the public has a hard road ahead.Give her a break.Be patient people.A lot of us don't know what we want or need so she has to play detective to figure it out.O'reilly is lucky she hasn't left like so many others.DON'T LEAVE JESSICA!............

Called them to order a part they assured me that they would have it in by 11 am the next day. I offered to pay for it first they said no that I could i pay when I picked it up. So I went the day to pick it up and found out that they couldn’t even get the part. Luckily I was able to order it from another part store but it cost me $50 more to get it the same day but I had no choice due to my car being in drivable and I needed it for work the next day.

3 associates telling a customer to come back in 30 minutes to see associates that worked the day before. I'm standing there waiting. Once the other customer left, one associate finally asked if they could help me. Told them the name of the order I was to pick up. The first associate starts to look it up. Another associate spoke up and said, oh that won't be here until 5pm. It was a few minutes after 2 at that time. I said that would have been nice to know before I drove 40 minutes to get here. She said sorry, it will be here at 5. Very rude.I came back at five and was helping quickly and the young man went to the back a got the part. Seemed strange to me that it had come in and was placed in stock room already instead of on the front counter with other items for people to pick up. I think it was there the whole time.

If you’re looking for no work life/balance then come no further. The manager is probably the most disrespectful, lazy, borderline narcissistic person I’ve ever encountered in my life. A car accident which left my boyfriend hurt & mentally upset. Not to mention a totaled vehicle isn’t enough. The manager just continued to harass my boyfriend to the point where he couldn’t think straight to get to work. She couldn’t even give him grace to recover. Please look elsewhere for employment!

If I could give 0 star I would. Came in there a few days ago. Horrible service. Jessica the store manager was too busy sleeping on the job to help her associates. Bad customer service. This place needs a new manager or shut it down ?

On Monday of this week, I was in Alexander City and had a problem with my car. There was an error message about the charging system. I went into this store and had the best experience. Joe diagnosed the problem by looking under my hood. I needed a belt for the alternator, and Patrick found the right one for me. They even went to the trouble of making an appointment at a local repair shop and gave me directions to get there. Excellent, excellent customer service! These guys went the extra mile. I was able to get home safely because of them. I highly recommend this business! Dawn
