I moved from Florida to Alabama just this last month. Lillie at Karen Channell's State Farm office was Awesome. She walked me through getting my cars and house insuranced. I had all kinds of questions. Lillie made sure everything was understood. At one point Karen even came into Lillie's office just to say " hi ". You will not find a nicer group to work with. They made me feel right at home.

I switched over to Karen Channell in 2022 and haven’t looked back yet! This is the best insurance team I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with! They got me lower rates than any other company I inferred with (which is just icing on the cake). These people actually care about their customers!
