I would have gladly given them zero stars if I could have. My husband had a blow out and called asking for a new or used tire in a certain size and the guy who answered said "I ain't got none" and hung up. Confused he called back and asked again and was met with the same response followed by the guy calling him a m-f*er because they didn't sell used tires. after stating it didn't have to be used, new or whatever would do, he was sitting on the side of 280, the guy was rude and once again called him a m-f*r and hung up on him. I do not recommend Henderson Tire to anyone unless you enjoy bad customer service and bad attitudes.

Fast reliable folks tire man quick. Friendly feller at front desk. My wife lost her key fob few months later they found it and called us right away we done forgot about it. The glass place they have out back really cheap if you need new glass in your car

If you're in the Alex City area and you need tires or other work done on your car go see these nice people at Henderson Tire it's a really great place to go extremely reasonable prices very nice people to do business with I highly recommend them
