“Always love this place. I try to go here when I know they carry something I need opposed to the big box store since I live equidistant. I like to support local businesses when I can even if it's a random plant or door handle for a coop.”
“I purchased a toilet seat in December 2022, and the plastic hinges broke. I did not have my receipt but I called the store anyway. The assistant manager was kind and allowed me to bring the seat back and get a replacement. The cashiers were helpful, measured the seat and made sure that I had the right one.I am very happy with the service and helpfulness of the employees. I will definitely shop this store again, and I will also try to keep my receipts for at least a year.”
“I went in for a replacement lawnmower battery. The website told me what isle to find out on, however, it was on an end-cap. I asked a representative and she was able to guide me to it.
The only downfall is that there it’s a core charge for the old battery, which I had with me; however, they had to charge me the core fee first and then refund it.”
