I visited the Harbor Freight store in Alexander City, AL, on 12-4-23 to purchase a Heavy Duty Automotive Tire Repair Kit. Of course, after driving the 40 miles round trip, they didn't have any. And I say "of course" because a number of times I have visited this store only to find they were out of whatever I went there to get. A recurring problem! And I always get the same story...how their supply truck delivers on Tuesdays. But I have found, by going back at that time, they are still out of what I was wanting. Yet, I can drive an additional 20 miles to the Opelika store and they always have what I need in stock. So is the problem with inventory at the Alexander City store a management issue. I believe upper management needs to come in and see what's going on. As Sam Walton, the founder of Walmart famously said, if it ain't on the floor you ain't selling it and if you ain't selling it you ain't making money.
