No one was outside when I came thru the pay area up to the washing area…then the guy never touched my truck w/ a brush…This used to be an excellent car wash w/ great service,but that is no longer the case.

Awesome service, my car was covered in mud from living on a dirt road. took the time to spray off mud from fender wells and come help me dry my car off and ask if I bc was satisfied!!

Bobby at Goo Goo Alexander City was very professional. He offered the Goo Goo membership which I wasn't aware of before. My car was super clean after the wash and the vacuum was powerful. Thanks guys in Alexander City for making my car wash experience worry free and pleasant.

Awesome staff. Went above and beyond. They came over and took my mats and cleaned them off. The manager showed me what products to use on my trim to keep it looking new and wiped down my whole car. Very nice crew of people.
