These guys are top notch. Ordered my window, came in promptly and Sawyer and his guys came out the day the window came in and installed it. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again. They did a great job. Professional for sure. Thanks guys!!

My in-laws had these non professional people do a door replacement. Did not clean their mess up,put silicone around the window edges,like some kid would. They put non stainless steel screws in the outside trim of the door that it is exposed to moisture. These people are a joke. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Apparently you must be in a “special” club or of a certain status to be serviced professionally. Let me start by saying; We are a fellow locally owned Alex City Business that purchased a Large glass window pane replacement during the stormy, winter season earlier this year.First, it took FIVE weeks to get the glass pane in, bc there was always some reason why it hadn’t arrived. ? It was finally installed in Late February 7 weeks after placing the order ? ; & it was installed improperly as it was not sealed at the frame or baseline area (see pics); called and informed them with no response. ?Another storm came & of course it cracked / split completely up the middle of the glass. ???& We’ve been calling for 6weeks for someone to come out to check out their work & situation so we can get it fixed, but when you call they will take your number claiming they will call you back but never do!This business is located in a small city, with not many options, you would think a business understands that all customers are important.Again we are a small business simply trying to do business and provide our customers a safe location to dine.Update: The window was fixed on May 31st.

I have been to their office and called several times in the last few months to get somebody to come out to replace a broken window and nobody has ever called or come out. The answer is always the same "our guys are busy", I'd understand for 1 or 2 weeks but MONTHS?

Contacted AC Glass to replace broken glass on door. They returned all my calls and made the repair in a timely manner. Would recommend.
