Very dissatisfied with the paint .. shiny in some spots.. dull and looks like it has been sanded on razorblade scratches all around my windows..I open the back glass and the jams are still red instead of pewter.the windows when open show red jambs under them.. I had high hopes for this place..saved a couple bucks and got a real bad job.

They fixed my car after I had a bad wreck. They did a great job. I got a rental from U-Save while my car was there. Picked it up at the shop and returned it there. Very easy.

I had my car repaired here. Did a great job. Brought my car here after someone hit me and they made my car look like new again. Thanks Alex City Auto Collision. I hope I don't have an accident again but if I do I will definitely bring my car to you again.

I cannot say enough good things about Alex City Auto Collision! They did an amazing job on my son’s car. The estimate was on target, and was less than half the estimate we received from other companies. They stayed in contact throughout the process. They completed the work in a timely manner. The car looks as good as new! The entire process was so easy. It was definitely worth the drive from Auburn. I would absolutely recommend them for body work and car rental services!

Would not use them again. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They have been saying for the past week that our car will be ready in the 1-2 days and when we call they haven’t even started. I see no point in lying. If you told us it would take time then I would understand but we are tired of getting our hopes up only to be let down.

Alex City Auto Collision is great. They are honest and do good work. I highly recommend them. They even have a rental car company on site which makes it easy to one stop shop when you need your car repaired.
