I have been buying Allegra D in a 30 tablet box from this pharmacy for several months. Today I went in to purchase a box. I asked for a 30 day supply. The woman who waited on me stated emphatically that Allegra D was not available in that quantity. I told her I had been buying it here for months. She refused to believe me and continued to say it wasn’t available. I finally said to hell with it that I would go somewhere else. I went to the Guntersville Walgreens and they had it. Surprise Surprise!!! This woman was rude obstinate and ignorant!!! She doesn’t need to be working there especially in the pharmacy. I did not get her name but this occurred around 9/9:30 on August 14th.

I've been with Wal-Greens for about 20 yrs and I've never really had any issues out of them. Most of the time all the stores staff is friendly and helpful. Their professional about your medicines so I guess I like them all the way around.

Got shouted to stand 6ft back when I was already 6+ foot back. If it was an issue worth shouting about there should at least be a line or X on the floor like they have on the side walk.

First of all when a patient drops off a prescription early to be filled on a future date, and they arrive on that date to be told it will be HOURS before it is ready......someone dropped the ball on that one! They have a small number of employees in the pharmacy who are actually nice and care about the customer. The remaining employees simply make you feel like some sort of drug dependent junkie when you come monthly to pick up your medications. The local hometown pharmacy across the street would be a much better choice.

People there is always nice friendly! Went to look at the vision stuff and the lens wipes and some of that vision stuff is about competitive with other stores! The store is always clean, I will always be coming back to Walgreens!
