Although we didn't have the best help on Saturday the 23rd I came back in yesterday and talked with Tino and he is the most helpful person I do believe I've ever spoken with there!! Took plenty of time with me explaining the different options and getting my new phone set up and ordered my watch. If your gonna go here I'd highly recommend you call and make an appt with Tino!!! Thanks so much!!

We wanted to get a land line as we are both getting older. So we stopped in at the Verizon store in Albertville Al. We were greeted by Dakota Daniel, and he was very helpful in providing us exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Chance Bright is awesome!!! Rodney in Guntersville doesn't keep his word. He called me about my upgrade, an offered me $800 on my phone I get there and after everything it will be $100.00 for the trade in. Then the manager calls and didn't fix anything but she did say SORRY. Wow this place is a failure. If you need anything go to Albertville and ask for Chance Bright he fixed everything that GUNTERSVILLE messed up!!!!

It was crowded had to wait a while before they can get to you I was going to talk to him about a new phone but since it was so crowded in side 2 wait talk 2 them later cause the only has 2 people there 2 help customers

Upgraded my old phone for a new one. The service in this store is top notch. Chance, the salesman I dealt with, is very knowledgeable about all of the products, customer discounts, and technology. He got me in and out of the store in a reasonable amount of time, and I'm very happy with the service and my new phone. This will be my home store from now on.
