Been fighting with them for a week because THEY delivered my package at the completely wrong address and trying to get someone to answer the phone is like waiting on Christmas in July!! You guys need to hire more people or hire people who can do their job correctly! The fact that y’all left a package with my name and address at the completely wrong address should be illegal!! Y’all get paid more for a reason! Pay attention!!

NEVER use this post office. They steal your packages and never scan them in. They won't even answer the phones when you try to reach them. Worst post office I've ever seen.

Steals packages. According to them, they're protocol when they "can't read a label" is to just throw it on the delivery truck. Oh and THEY DON'T HAVE CAMERAS or even a POSTMASTER, so basically they do whatever they want there. Absolutely horrible and careless people. DO NOT go here.

My package was delivered to this post office instead of the one where I live by mistake. I live 2.5 hrs from this location. USPS customer service told me to call the local post office to see if I could get them to reroute my package to the correct location, however I have been calling for over an hour now and all the phone does is ring and ring and then go to a busy signal. They will not answer the phone! What poor customer service! After reading others reviews I see that this is a common issue and that these postal workers obviously do not care about their jobs or the patrons that they service.

Can’t get a call through for nothing!! Over 1.5 hours now trying to just speak to someone!Package says delivered and I never got it. But nobody cares.I’ve also been delivered several packages several times that were not mine but as a curiosity I took them about 6 houses down where they belonged.They need to do better.

Employees in the post office are nice and efficient. I have a few issues with delivery however. First, my mailbox is in a group of 3 mailboxes, my family has one and my two neighbors each have mailboxes. All the boxes are clearly marked with the street number. I even put our names inside the mailbox in LARGE letters. I have to check every mailbox daily as the delivery driver just puts the mail in whichever box she feels like - usually ours and I distribute it to the correct boxes. I have even received my the neighbors prescriptions!Secondly, I had 2 packages delivered 2 streets over, completely different recepient, street name and number, when they were clearly addressed with my correct name and correct address.Third, this post office will not deliver Amazon packages on Sunday. I have received notices from Amazon on several occasions that my package was delivered on a Sunday when it was not. I get them Monday. So the post office is marking the package delivered on Sunday and not delivering until the following Monday? OR the the post office will mark the package undeliverable when we are home on the front porch or working in the yard.I wouldn't be weird about this but we have lived in this location for 5 years and it has been like this from day 1.Sorry to be that person.

I've had several packages be denied delivery saying my driveway or mailbox was inaccessible, for only one package, not the others they delivered the same day. I have big mailbox, driveway, and porch with plenty of room to park on the nice public road, and walk up to my porch if it is too big for the box, as is part of their job. I've had to spend hours getting ahold of management there and they were under the impression my address was a business and not residential, and he came and delivered my package in his personal car. I'd say this was good service, but they are trying to deliver my personal paid for mail to other people and causing me delays and wasting my money with 2 day shipping that ends up taking a week. They also never answer their dang phone.

had a wonderful transaction today. they take the necessary steps in keeping customers safe. the lady i talked to was very friendly and helpful. i love my small town post office. thank you for all you do.

What’s up Albertville post office on Hambrick? Your hours clearly say you’re open until 12pm on Saturdays (except for holidays). How is it , during the holiday season , okay to close 15 minutes early? I stood outside your customer service door with 6 packages fully prepared to ship and heard yall in there as i continually knocked. You knew there were customers needing assistance. Your community would like to get our relatives their holiday gifts in efficient time and some of us only have small windows of opportunity to leave our jobs. Apparently, you guys don’t have the same responsibilities. Hope Albertville City steps it up seeing as how they’ve done so much upgrading as of late. A business is only as good as the representation of its employee’s integrity & reliability. Federal & state run businesses represent so much more, being an employee of the state myself. Do better please.

I guess they can't read. This is the 2nd time in two weeks they've delivered a package to the wrong mailbox. I live in an apartment complex. I was expecting another package to be delivered to my door. It says it's still out for delivery. How can one package say delivered to mailbox & the other still out for delivery? And the package in my mailbox, that's not in my mailbox, was supposed to be delivered to my door also !!!

Had some packages returned to me in the mail saying I had not paid proper postage. Went to the post office and they claimed that the envelope needs to bend when in weeks prior I had sent envelopes just like the ones I had sent recently. No reason for that made up rule if that was the case it should have been specified from the start. Very unprofessional.

You don't answer the phone, much less deliver mail. I really think you decide to skip mailboxes because you don't want to be working! This is the Absolute worst Post Office I have ever encountered!
