Son carried his phone there after it got stepped on while in a bag on the beach. The frame of the phone had a slight bend in it, and the wifi and Bluetooth antenna had stopped functioning. Both the front and back glass was perfect. The only issue visible on the phone was the curve in the frame. In the process of the repair, he managed to break the back glass but was willing to cover the labor to repair it but not parts. Failed to repair the antenna which should have been done while he had it opened up. To top all of this off, when my son went to pick it up and pay for it, they had managed to break the front screen too and recommended that he have that fixed too. My son, not being very aggressive. left the store and I didn't find out about this until several days later when it would have been too late to protest. My son has had work done there in the past and had pretty good luck. Most of the google reviews I have left been positive. This was one of the rare exceptions.

Very friendly, fast, honest. Thought speaker was bad on my phone and he simply cleaned it. I was in there and out in 10 minutes.
