This company is very professional and time efficient! They moved me from an upstairs apartment to a new location. They fixed a piece of my furniture that was broken at no fault of their own. They made sure to place everything exactly where I wanted it. The day it came to move, it was raining and they called to see if I would want to reschedule due to it taking more time in the rain, but I needed to move so they came and moved my stuff like it was a sunny day. These guys are absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend them! I will be using them for any services needed in the future.

This person gets mad too easy ? and doesn't work well!!! I wouldn't recommend this company. Definitely wouldn't want to have aggressive communication like this guy does...

The two young men that moved us were the best. They were polite, very concerned about our furniture, and took care of everything. They were also concerned about our health because of our age and they didn't want us to pickup anything.

I agree with some of the other people that are not allowed to post the review. They are a company that can not be trusted. I put my things in storage there and I was the only person to have a key right? Wrong! Someone else had a key and took some of my things! Antiques mostly. They swore up and down that I was too blame but I had a friend with me the first time I went there and she was there the second time that I walked into the area. Furniture was moved around and I didn't do it. So they were not paid by me. In fact they should be happy that I didn't get a lawyer.

Chris and Tyler where some of the hardest workers I had ever seen in my life. It maybe took them 2 hours to clear out our apartment and than they met us the same day in South Carolina and unpacked it as well! Chris knew all the in's and out's of moving he was very knowledge able about what he was doing and the way to pack certain things up that we weren't able to pack up. This kid Tyler was so sweaty from working it looked like he just came in from walking in the rain. These guys were great! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to move, just for the soul fact that their employees care. FYI, not a single thing was broken during the move these guys were awesome.

Beware!! Dishonesty from the top down. Was given an estimate, put a deposit down, and then when they're about to the end of the time (moving at turtle speed) I'm told it's going to be another full day...TWICE the original estimate. Furthermore, they did not apply my deposit toward my payment, and in order to get it back, I had to physically go up to the office to prove my point, and then wait half an hour just to get the money that was owed to me. I should've gone with the only other moving company in the area, whom everyone spoke very highly of, and actually ended up giving me a correct, accurate estimate. Do NOT recommend. Would've left 1 star, but with Yelp's review system, it would have been more likely to have been taken down.

James is Phenomenal. . . . was willing to do what ever it takes to make us happy. If i ever need to arrange another move I hope I remember Peppers. . . Keep it up guys ! !
