Bought a car from here several years ago. Everything was very simple. We paid on time or called Sterling to keep him updated. The car still runs and from time to time I look on their site to see about buying again.

The owners EXACT words were “I sell cars to worthless people who have no credit” right there in the parking lot. I would take your business elsewhere folks. This guy does not deserve anyone’s business. I did not buy my car here but no one deserves to be treated with such hatred and disrespect! That is just the lesser of what he has said to my sister.

Highly disappointed in this dealership. I have talked to three employees about a mustang for sale. We had cash in hand and was told as soon as it was ready they would call. One if it wasn't ready it shouldn't have been posted. I was ready to pick it up. We have been waiting three weeks on this vehicle as it was the one we decided on and they said as soon as it was ready they would call us and we could come down there and pick it up. They are two hours away so I couldn't just run down there every few days. But I was insured that they would call me as soon as it was ready. it remained on the website and Now it's gone and never received a call or anything. Sold. Poor customer service. So we have wasted three weeks waiting on a car that they said we could pick up when it was ready and they have now sold it and didn't even give us a call. We had full cash amount in hand. Would never buy a vehicle here now knowing what I know. Obviously not a reliable dealer at all.

Good quality cars and works with you as long as you let them know whats going on. My husband and I have bought 2 cars from them and are buying a 3rd now. Extremely pleased with them

it’s a small town, HOPE you and your families stay safe out there! A lot of dark areas around here where bad things can happen, when you have families you have a lot to lose, can’t protect everything and everyone all the time ? when you have nothing, you have nothing to lose, with Facebook and the internet you can find pictures of said families, ugly kids the both of you have.

Stay away from this dealership! They sell you a used truck that looks nice but at the price of a new one with super high interest rates just to come take it back on repossession when your same day late on your payment if anything happens they will not help you. Went up there with albertville police department just to get my stuff out of the truck and they told me that the owner had multiple felonies for theft and taking peoples cars when not supposed to. They take back your vehicle just to hide it for couple weeks then put out back on the lot to sale again for 5k down and 150 per week. Basically the vehicle was paid for in full 10 times over! The guy that bought the z71 before me was in military and they did the same to him. That was 10k just in down payments twice! This place should be shut down!

Stirling stayed late two days before Christmas to let me me purchase a vehicle which I was looking at a Tahoe I ended up not getting it but we worked out on a beautiful Chevy truck and they have always worked with me on my payment I even went back last year and ended up buying a Tahoe from them and now have the truck paid for and almost have the Tahoe paid off and I can guarantee I can go in and buy any truck or car I wanted from them will definitely be using them in the future when I'm ready for something else
