This was my first time going to Nails World, and found them based on their online reviews. They were busy whn I arrived, but they had many nail techs handling all the customers. I got an acrylic fill and a deluxe pedicure, and was very happy with all the extra add on it came with. My friend got the nail fill and an ombre paint style and it looked beautiful. I will absolutely go back to Nail World for all my nail needs. Everyone was very friendly, and their computerized check in system was a great process to help them, and I, keep track of what I wanted.
Specialties: I have seen customers request nail art, and several nail techs are obviously very talented because each I seen was nicely done.
Cleanliness: They were very clean and seen them use good hygiene practices.

The people were nice but they didn't do a good job there was paint all over my hands I told them and they fixed it not very well.

The lady who did my pedicure rushed it and skipped something that was included in the package I chose. The leg massage lasted a minute when the person next to me got a 10 minute massage. She didn't massage my feet at all, while every other person getting a pedicure got one.
She cut my already short toe nails shorter, yet none of them are the same length. The corners were not cut to prevent ingrown nails and they're already sticking me. I've never had a pedicure where the corners weren't cut or shaped.
She messed up my eyebrows big time. I had to tell her to shape them after I looked at them and they still weren't right. She only seemed to wax near the eyelid, not where you're supposed to or the sides. It was the weirdest thing. I had to pluck them when I got home.
I went with another person and they messed up her nails (done by a different person). She was getting her nails done for a special event. She showed them a picture and they look nothing like the picture. They also didn't shape them right. She asked for them to be rounded and they gave her the square shape. They messed her eyebrows up as well.
I will never return to this establishment and I will tell everyone I know to avoid it. I've never had everything done wrong or seen so many people with messed up nails and eyebrows at once. It wasn't just one employee that messed up either.
