2 pallets of beef 2 hours ?! Really?! I was on time , now I missed my 2nd appointment and have to pay late fee .

Appointment: 0900 arrival: 0815 departure: 1257
Some docks are super tight. Lumper was $205 for 26 pallets. Enterance is off us431 next to Wendy’s. Stop at guard shack. Park on the right. They call with a door. Open doors, back up and they’ll come out to get paperwork. Pay lumper and they’ll come give you your paperwork.

Very slow with unloading. Spent 5 hours here and I showed on time but they took me 30 minutes after my appointment

Almost 10 hours to get loaded! Avoid this place at all cost! The people are rude, if the workers weren't out smoking all day and I saw plenty maybe their jobs could get done heads up and good reviews they have their employees leaving them that one chick is smart mouth I dealt with. Funny how these companies have their employees lie for them

Other than the friendly staff, this place is not a good place to deliver to. I stayed here for 5 hours. Such a disappointment. I had high hopes after the reviews I read.

11am appointment got here at 8am and they took me ?? 30 minutes later and I was out the door ?? it was a water load out of Lee, Florida keep up the good work you guys

Checked it 9.20 pm for next day appt took me in empty at 11 pm , let me park over night in one of their spots by the fence... security and lumper guys were nice

Appt was 8:00am got there at 6:00am and was put in a door right away. Out by 7:3am. Very nice from the security guard to the receiver. Backing was not too bad. Great to deal with.

Was waiting in the door to get unloaded for 5+ hours than had to go across to get 2 more pallets unloaded which took a while super disorganized would not recommend anyone to go here

From 431, turn next to the Wendy's. You will see the guard shack straight ahead. They gave clear instructions as to what to do and where to go. I arrived at 0900 for a 0930 appointment with a full trailer. I was leaving just before 1200.
