My family and I used this company for a short move within the Harvest/Monrovia area, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! Communication was fantastic, and, while their estimated cost was similar to several other companies I talked to, the actual total came in much lower. They took amazing care of our furniture, wrapping everything and adding felt pads once they got pieces in the house. Everyone was very friendly, and their moving team was like a well-oiled machine. They truly made the physical move the least stressful aspect of buying/selling houses! I can’t thank them enough!

MacArthur was by far the best moving company I have ever used. They were very professional, showed up on time, did everything just as they stated they would in protecting my furniture and they were very efficient in getting things loaded and delivered to my new home. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company.

MacArthur Moving went above and beyond from the estimate, to tips and tricks to pack better, to the actual moving. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They took such good care of my belongings as if the stuff was their own. The price was also amazing! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone needing help with a big move or a small move. You will not regret choosing MacArthur Moving, I can guarantee that.

We used MacArthur Moving for our packing and moving! They did a great job at both! Jennifer and Mrs. B were friendly and very good at packing everything up safely. John and his crew that moved us did a great job moving all of our items. They secured blankets around everything and even put pads on the bottom of all furniture to protect our floors!- Danielle Wilson

John and his team are very efficient, professional and really take care of whatever they're moving for you. No wasted motion with these guys. They take care of business at an affordable price. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company!! Our medical office has used them twice now!! Jennifer is a delight to work with, all of the guys are super sweet and very efficient. They take pride in what they do and make sure to keep your stuff safe during the moving process. I would highly recommend them for any personal or business needing a moving company!

This past weekend we moved from a rental home in Guntersville to a house we just purchased in Albertville. We contacted MacArthur Moving during the purchasing process to get an estimate for our move. Jennifer came to the house we were renting to see the pieces of furniture we were looking to have moved, and my wife and I found Jennifer to be very easy to talk to, very professional and friendly. She left us the quote along with contact information for her competitors so that we could ask for other quotes. We made a few calls and checked reviews of the other companies and decided to go with MacArthur. Best decision ever made!!!! We were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and care that John and the moving team showed throughout the entire process this past Saturday. They arrived on time and were very communicative throughout the move. They were also very careful with our furniture and belongings, ensuring that everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. Jenn and John:The move could not have gone any smoother as the first one with you and your employees. You deliver what you Promise. We met up with our two men movers on the other end after a 15 hour trip to unpack/move in and it was a 2 hour move as promised with assembly of most pieces. Everything was in tact-Zero breakage.??A comment was mentioned from our movers: "Wow, what a great pack up." They couldn't believe how well it was done. We couldn't either. They took a pix of it before they unloaded, and said we have to try this. Please tell John that he has a great gift-I call it ART-MAZING. He takes such good care of his work and workers, and his effort is recognized. Please tell him Thank You, Thank you & Thank You. Your Prices are very fair/competitive and your dedication cannot be Beat! Very Reliable, Attention to Detail, and Responsive. Used them twice for two separate pack ups.Attn: Potential Customers-Word of Advice-If you can Book them you won’t be Sorry-They take their work very Seriously and their workers are strong and kind too. I’d use them again and again, but don’t plan on moving again so quickly‼️

Friend of mine recommended this company. They were extremely professional and careful with my furniture. Jennifer was very thorough with the process, provided clear, easy to follow list of what to do to prepare for the move. She will quote you higher than what the charge so don't let you scare you. The crew was very professional and on time. I would recommend them ten times over.
