Very trustworthy and respectful team!
John and Jennifer truly lead by example and set the business up for success. The team assisted me in a move-out, and they were very straightforward and addressed any issues that came across, and nipped it in the bud. The team worked very hard and were very respectful of the time spent on the project.

I contacted Jennifer about helping my sister move to Gadsden. We ultimately ended up not needing the moving help but I still had to post this review. Jennifer came out to give us an estimate and she is just the sweetest! She was so respectful and courteous and very thorough and aboveboard. I liked how she explained everything and told us things to watch out for and look for if we decided to check for other company estimates too. Her estimate was very much so fair. My sister and I really enjoyed meeting her and I feel certain that had we used her company we would have been very happy. I have no hesitation about calling her up in the future if I need moving help. Bless her and her company and family!

We asked MacArthur Moving to empty our POD for us. They did a fabulous job! Extremely detailed, concerned about our wooden floors-they put new felted pads on all our furniture-moved and put things together with care. They kept in contact about when they would be arriving and showed up on time. Price paid was under quote. We got their name from a couple who sang their praises over their move. You couldn’t have better service or a better company to move you.

First time I’ve ever had movers and they did a wonderful job. I have a few pieces of antique furniture and they were very careful in preventing any damage from happening to them. The price we payed was much lower than what was estimated. I can definitely see us using MacArthur moving service in the future. We highly recommend them, they will take care of you and your furniture.

We were very pleased with MacArthur movers.The 4 men were constantly moving except when I interrupted them. They had all the equipment to keep our furniture and possessions safe during the move. The estimate was fair and the final bill was far below what was quoted. A friend highly recommended them and I will do the same.

With the dust settling from a recent multi-state move, I would like to thank MacAurthur Moving for a job well done. We hired a u-pack trailer and MacAruthur Moving to load it for us. Jennifer provided excellent pre-move suggestions and advice. Every thing was timed perfectly. We ended up moving a lot more than planned and the team didn't bat an eye. The speed and precision that they loaded the trailer was like watching a well-choreographed production. Thank you for making a very stressful time that much easier for us.

Four times in the last decade I have needed moving services. MacArthur Moving, of Albertville, Al, was introduced to me as a dependable moving contractor by a friend who had employed them many times. So I contacted them.
The first time they provided an estimate which I accepted. They were very good and did what they promised on time and under budget. The next three times I employed them I did so without a firm price, and have been pleasantly surprised each time. Th
Today they drove to Chelsea and still were competitive with local movers.
They have always been careful not to damage the items moved and all of the men there worked constantly.

The move couldn't have been easier! Jennifer gives a high quote so there will be no surprises. My actual cost was nearly 50% less! The moving team is very professional and friendly. All furniture is wrapped extremely well and handled with care. This was my third experience with the company and I've no complaints only praises! Jennifer, John, and the entire crew were fantastic. Our move involved loading two trucks. Each truck was loaded efficiently and securely. Upon arriving 460 miles later, none of the contents in the trucks had shifted and no items were damaged. I can't stress enough the worry and anxiety this group of professionals removed from my mind. The best moving experience I have had. My home closing had a ton of delays and Macarthur stood by me the entire time and even attempted to help the seller. They were extremely efficient and respectful during planning and execution of the move and didn't hesitate to go above and beyond for some things I really wanted moved upstairs that were difficult. I am thankful my realtor recommended Macarthur to me and will recommend them to anyone else I know looking for a moving company.

Fantastic service and excellent staff!
I have used MacArthur every time I’ve needed to move in the past few years, which has ended up being about four times! Jennifer is always amazing and works with me so much each time to plan and make sure things go smoothly and the way I want. John and his guys show up on moving day, so accommodating, efficient, and extremely polite.
I wouldn’t call anyone else, and I’lll be calling them again for my next move! ??
