I brought my car to a Los Amigos today, but I was disappointed with the unprofessional service. Despite paying $25.00, my car still needed another wash, and I've never seen a worse job. They didn't deserve even $1.00.

What I've inspected so far, great job. However, I took my Jeep to see how much it would cost. when I picked it up, the cost was $20 MORE than what I was told it would cost. Will NOT be back. Very disappointed that I was told 2 different prices. You need to be on the same page.

I used to take my convertible to these gentleman, they always did an emasculate job. This time I had them do my SUV so I can sell it. Wow! Looks better than when I bought it a year ago? professional, courteous, very reasonable prices.Trust them with your ride, u will not be disappointed?Services: Vacuuming

Awesome wash. My Cadillac always looks beautiful when it comes out. People expect a car wash to be perfect. You still have to maintain your cars paint. The owner Tony is always willing to make everything right.

Paid $175 for detailing job. They kept my car for 3 whole days & when I got it back, the door jams weren't even cleaned - neither were the air vents, doors, steering wheel base, or cup holders. They were still dirty from when I dropped it off; no attempt to clean them at all. They did clean my seats, dash, & carpet - that's it. Unfortunately I can't post pictures on here to show how I got my car back but I had to take it to someone else to have the job finished. They also lost my seat covers I had installed. Just an awful experience all around & I KNOW the owner could tell I was unhappy & frustrated with the work ( or lack thereof ) they did....but instead of offering to fix it or give me a partial refund for a partial job done, he gave me my keys & walked off without saying a word. Totally unprofessional & I will never recommend this place to anyone.Service: Auto detailing

Dropped my car off for a full interior and exterior detail. Got a call that the steamer was broken and couldn't do the interior and it was agreeded they would vacuum and wipe it down. They failed to mention they tried the steam machine and it soaked the drivers seat. I found out by sitting in it. Manager was not able to be reached. They also did not vacuum between the seats. The worker said it would dry out. The next day it was still wet and now with water stains. Called again and the manager refused to speak to me. The worker that I spoke to said the steam machine was working fine, asked me why they didn't blow dry the car then offered for me to bring it in to fix. I don't trust them alone with my car. So I brought in my car to get cleaned, and ended up with water stains and a water logged seat
