Best service I have ever received in any business dealings. Purchased a truck from them in late 2022. Had some warrantee issues and they took care of them even though I live 6 hours away. Very thankful for the service from Jon and Skyler to make sure I was taken care of. they will keep my business for life and I will be a promoter to anyone I speak with that needs a new vehicle.

Overall a good experience. It started out a little rough though. I was a little taken back when we walked in and the salesperson did not know what vehicle we were there to buy. However, this was not Jordans fault, but the BDC's fault. Once Jordan got the vehicle from clean up. He was very professional in explaining the vehicles features to us. It took some time to get the negotiations completed, but a deal was struck that met my terms for the purchase. Finance manager was low pressure and simple. We drove home in our new car very happy. Thank you for working with us to make a deal for our new 2024 GMC Terrain AT4!

I'm not sure where to rate this at this point. After a significant amount of frustration in the last few months I met with Taylor the GM at HB today. It was done on a bit of short notice and I wasn't at my best but we were able to sort through some things. So I appreciate that she took the time to meet with me which goes a long way. I still feel as though many of my issues were legitimate but they've mostly been discussed/addressed, apologies were offered where necessary, someone finally acknowledged that they understood how several events could be frustrating/irritating/bewildering, explanations of varying validity were given, and they are following up on a couple of things including checking out the vehicle. My biggest frustrations originally were that I had an issue immediately after buying and felt like I was dismissed and from my perspective I had been ghosted by every contact I had. I still feel that way to some degree but I have at least some understanding about the situation around one and another was unresponsive to some degree because they felt they were making things worse (not intentionally but probably) but did follow up in the manner I asked when I initiated another contact and was pointed and direct. She facilitated the meeting with the GM which I appreciate. I intend to evaluate what I've said in email and make any apologies etc. If nothing else I feel bad she got caught up in this as it originally didn't include her.When I had my initial issue with the vehicle I was told it could be caused by the "demo mode". Today management says that is mistaken. I was pretty hot about that one originally and asked for follow up to make sure that either A) Management is right and service should be trained to that fact or B) It is the case and I then have reason to ask a handful of questions. I am trusting that they do this and will honestly contact me if B) is the case.In a previous edit I had said something that could be construed as derogatory regarding the intellect of an employee at GM and after the fact realized what I said if construed that way was being uncharitable to someone who I wasn't sure they were at fault. So I wanted to correct that here and apologize to her. She went unnamed in the original and shall remain so here but I have spoken to her and she knows who she is. I think that's how it shall stay.This is likely to be edited again once a couple of things are reviewed and I have time to process.

The 2024 GMC Yukon was our second purchase at Howard Bentley GMC in 5 years. This dealership treats you right and our salesman, Tyler Winkels did and outstanding job. He is the primary reason we purchased from this dealership again.

Don was an amazing salesman. We were looking for something particular and he found it for us. Made the process extremely easy, would recommend him to anyone. My wife and I traveled from Huntsville AL to Howard Bentley in Albertville to test drive some late-model used GMC Sierra 1500 trucks. We test drove 4 and chose two we were interested in. I contacted the sales rep on the following Monday and told him which one we were interested in and asked if it would be possible to hold it until we returned to trade in my truck. I was told to send pictures of my truck, the VIN, and mileage and they would send me a trade-in offer and then I would pay a $500 deposit to hold it. I sent all the information on Tuesday except for the deposit and waited on the trade-in offer on Wednesday. When I contacted the sales rep late Wednesday morning I was told the used car manager was working on the numbers. I contacted the sales rep again in the afternoon and was then contacted by another sales rep asking for all the information I sent before. About 3:30 pm the initial sales rep contacted me and said the truck had been sold that morning. If that was the case, why didn't they tell me that then. I feel if I had not contacted them, they would have never contacted me back.. Very poor way to treat customers. I will not do business with Howard Bentley ever again because they are not honest and transparent with customers.
