Awesome wash. My Cadillac always looks beautiful when it comes out. People expect a car wash to be perfect. You still have to maintain your cars paint. The owner Tony is always willing to make everything right.

Dropped my car off for a full interior and exterior detail. Got a call that the steamer was broken and couldn't do the interior and it was agreeded they would vacuum and wipe it down. They failed to mention they tried the steam machine and it soaked the drivers seat. I found out by sitting in it. Manager was not able to be reached. They also did not vacuum between the seats. The worker said it would dry out. The next day it was still wet and now with water stains. Called again and the manager refused to speak to me. The worker that I spoke to said the steam machine was working fine, asked me why they didn't blow dry the car then offered for me to bring it in to fix. I don't trust them alone with my car. So I brought in my car to get cleaned, and ended up with water stains and a water logged seat

Unless the owner is there, this place really sucks. I have been going for while and each time has gotten worse and worse. This time got a $34 car wash and they did t even wash the car. Avoid this place like the plague.

Does anyone take pride in their work anymore? After a "Full Detail" my car is disappointing. That was the word I had for the manager. After showing them many areas still needing attention, wiping clean fingers in dirty locations and cleaning numerous locations myself in front of the manager, I paid the full price. The manager said I could continue to have 3 guys work on my car, "just show them what you want done." They had had the car for 8 hours (for a 4 hour job) and I'm supposed to walk them through what a "Full Detail" is supposed to look like?!? Never again. How many hours did I work to make $200? Had I spent that time on my car it would be better than what was presented to me by the staff, including management, of Team Blue.

The service was fast for hand washing. After getting home, I did notice a couple places on my car that were overlooked (rims at bottom, front bumper). For my rims/tires to be shined, I also had some missed and dull spots on them.

Don't waste your money here. I paid $230 for the full interior and exterior detail. It's a joke. I'm not sure if they actually use cleaning products or just wipe everything with a dry towel. My leather was not conditioned, car not properly vacuumed, the "carpet cleaning" was a joke. Nothing was even wet and I cleaned them myself at home. The cup holders were not cleaned out or anything. The windows were THE WORST, tires still dirty. For that much money you'd expect a lot more. After reading reviews I decided not to even go back to complain because the owner doesn't seem reasonable. And I left a jacket in the car by accident and when I arrived to pick up my car I found it blowing around the parking lot. So weird. This place is not a car detail place.

Don't go here. This owner is an a**hole. I paid for interior and exterior cleaning. When they were done, the interior wasn't even touched let alone cleaned. I told him about it and he told me that's all they do. I must've went there at least 10 times in the past and it wasn't like this. He told me specifically to never come back. He does not care about customers. All he wants is money from people and charge way more than what is actually should be. AVOID this place. Owner is a b****** who took my money. :( I will never go there again let alone tell my relatives or family.

I absolutely love this place! They always do an outstanding job hand washing the exterior and cleaning the interior for a great price!! The place is spotless and has a very comfortable waiting room with large windows to watch the workers working hard. Everyone is very friendly and it didn't take long before my car was done and I was on my way. My husband won't let me go to a regular drive through car wash (he doesn't want my paint to get scratched). Team Blue is great because they hand wash your car while you wait and it looks beautiful with their extra effort. I even made myself a cup of Starbucks coffee while catching up on my emails. The owner is a sweet person. He even helped me with the rental of two U-Haul trucks for my move. Very easy and seamless. I recommend this place 110% and I appreciate the hard work they put into making my car look great! Thank you!

This place is the WORST!!!! I had a gift card and decided to use it. Ok wash wax vacuum my car. I have leather seat so long story short they sprayed something on my seats that stained my LEATHER SEATS THE owner had the nerve to say I stained my OWN SEATS. Stay away!!!! That was the worst wash vacuum that I ever had! I still have food crumbs on my seat... was was something I could have done on my own. I will be calling corporate to have a conversation with the heads of team blue.
