Ana was very helpful and patient. Got our phones and lines all set up quickly and answered any questions we had!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. However, wait times are usually pretty long. Definitely need more employees. Also, charging customers a fee to pay their bill is wrong.

Had to go into the store this time to pay my bill the sales lady was very helpful. The only thing I do not like is Cricket charges $5.00 extra for helping and no their is no kiosk in their building.
