My car that I loved so much was recently hit so I had to start shopping for something else. I found bill Hancock motors while I was surfing around online, and I'm so glad I did! Every person I met on their staff was kind and informative without being pushy, they were patient with my schedule and my endless questions and they gave me a great deal on a newer better version of my car that I absolutely love! I can't say enough good things about these folks they went above and beyond to help me.

I have had great experiences at Bill Hancock Motors when purchasing vehicles. I bought my first vehicle from Jacob Underwood in 2022 and had such an awesome experience that when I was ready for another vehicle this year, I wanted to go back there to make my next purchase. I was again very pleased with Jacob and all of the other staff when purchasing my second vehicle. BHM is an honest and trustworthy car dealership that wants what is best for you and will not pressure you into making a purchase, as some car salesmen do. I would highly recommend and when it is time for another vehicle, I will definitely be shopping here again!

Bill Hancock Motors has been probably the best car dealership we’ve ever shopped at. Their customer service was a 5star with friendly faces and honesty from the very beginning. They have went above and beyond from start to well after finish. We would recommend them over any other. From the sales, to the paperwork, to taking the car off the lot, to even fixing some things when it was already in our possession, they’ve went the extra mile.

These folks were terrific! We were looking for a 4-6 year old mid roof Ford Transit for a vanlife conversion for my daughter. There weren't many to choose from within 200 miles of Knoxville. Bill Hancock Motors had one worth the trek to see. I had a very quick phone call, an email, and a tight timeline, and they were fantastic. They were kind and helpful throughout. They had the van ready to immediately drive when we got there, and when we loved it, they worked hard to get us the best rates possible. They gave us an honest and fair price for it and the trade-in. They worked hard to get us out and on the road as quick as possible. It was well worth the 3 hour drive. And we are thrilled with the van.
