I bought a 17 f-250 from Dylan a few months ago and I fixed it up the way I like them to be and we just got back from hauling a truck from Harrisburg Pennsylvania and I couldn’t be happier I will be the first one to say I’m not easy to deal with when buying a truck but Dylan went above and beyond to make sure I was happy I really appreciate it guys maybe when I’m ready to trade y’all will have something I like.

My husband purchased a used Ford F150 2 years ago from here...what a mistake. Beware of how much damage is on the truck before you buy as some things were not on the Carfax. Issues started immediately. Once we got it to a mechanic he was surprised that the truck even ran, due to crankshaft censor not being in properly and camshaft position sensor not all the way in as well. That's beside the point. In all repairs its run us about $17,000. We put more money into repairs than we have the vehicle itself. Just buy a new truck from a dealership so you are not disappointed.

Great place to do business with. Dylan was awesome, easy to deal with and talk to. We agreed on fixing a couple of minor issues on a vehicle I purchased, he followed through on his word and got me in a sharp new to me truck. Go see him, you won't regret it.

Make sure you get a full car fax on anything that you buy. Especially it it’s ten years or older I purchased a truck that I was told had 220k miles went to trade the truck in at another dealer who ran a full car fax and to find out the odometer had been rolled back almost 100k miles called and they told me it was done before they got the truck and because of the age of the truck they didn’t do a carfax so now I’m stuck with a 300k mile truck that I over payed for because I trusted that the miles was right also the truck has been one problem after another started the day I got the truck the fuel pressure sensor went out causing a massive fuel leak now the truck has been in the shop for over 2 months I got the truck aug of 2023 and have put less then 2,000 miles on it due to it being broke down constantly so just from my experience I would be EXTREMELY CAREFUL and make sure you ask all the right questions.

Our experience with the dealer was great. From beginning to end, they were patient, communicated well and were helpful answering any questions. We took the truck to get an inspection before we purchased it and they did not hesitate to drop it off at the dealership and pick it up. There were a couple issues and we negotiated having those repaired. The day after we picked up the truck, my husband noticed a coolant leak and immediately contacted Dylan and we were told to bring it back in. After looking it over, it was an issue with head gaskets and they did not hesitate to fix it at no additional charge. We are enjoying our truck and could not be more satisfied with our purchase. I understand that not all situations are the same but customer service here was beyond satisfactory. We would definitely purchase from here again!

Bought a 2014 250 from Dillon a few months ago ain’t had no problem took it to ford for a recall and they pretty much tried to screw me out of 15k for a sensor Dillion had us fixed up and back on the road in an hour. Ain’t never met a more down to earth group of guys great buying experience great service experience!

Drove 3 1/2 hours to buy a 2009 Chevy 3500. Had cash in hand. Even paid 500 deposit to hold truck. Communication was good throughout the process and they even sent videos of the truck while driving it. Was told the truck ran and drove great and was in sound condition. The only issue is they failed to mention the major oil leak on the truck. Oil was literally all over the undercarriage of the truck. Drove the truck a few miles down the road and coolant started leaking everywhere also. Front wheel bearings started grinding on the way back to the lot. I passed on the purchase and wasted an entire day driving up there and back home. They seem to have a lot of nice used trucks on the lot, but I would question the quality before purchasing a vehicle from them.

This is my experience with a truck purchased from B&B. I Bought a silver 2013 Ram 3500 from them roughly 2 1/2 months ago. I’ve since had to replace the turbo and now it’s dropped a valve causing the engine to have to be rebuilt. I drive the truck like a grandpa so I know it was no fault of my own. In my opinion B&B didn’t do anything wrong, with that being said I’ve made two payments on a truck I bought from B & B Automotive and am currently $7000 in the hole, and that doesn’t include the $6000 engine rebuild.
