Trashy, they have a sign that says they have security cameras but none is up and good luck getting them to answer the phone half the time

If you have to make a payment online, forget it. Of course, you can't enter the facility anyway because they lock it without telling users the code. Do not use!!!!

Stuff has gone missing from my unit. I asked to see camera footage but no one will return my call. Spoke to office in Illinois but no one knows who owns these units !!! Only one gate is opened, can’t wait to get my stuff out.
