Tim and Phillip were my sales team. I bought a used truck from them but After I got it home, I found some major issues with it. Panicked and pretty much sick to my stomach I reached out to them. And although I bought the truck “as is”. They were honest and they stood behind what they sold me. I took it to a local dealership and they payed the full bill to have it fixed right. They are a trustworthy dealership and I truly appreciate their integrity

I've had two of my vehicles serviced at Albertville CDJR for oil changes. Made appointments for both and they were in quickly. Jill did an awesome job of handling the paperwork and any recalls on them. I'll be back and recommend highly for service work!

Phillip Walker is the absolute best to work with. Never met anyone at a dealership that will go above and beyond to help someone like him.

My Wife and I stopped by this dealership a little over a week ago. I wanted to trade in my car for a truck. I couldn't stay so the salesperson said to shoot him some pictures of my trade and we could go from there. Never heard a word from him or the dealership after that. I ended up trading my car for a 2023 Ram 3500 at Voyles CDJR dealership in Birmingham earlier this week. Not impressed with this dealership at all !!!!! Make the trip to Birmingham, it's worth it !!!!!!!

I bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from here. I started having transmission issues with it around May of 2023. It was still under warranty so I finally got the time to take it down to the dealership in August of 2023. I left my jeep with them and gave them very specific information on exactly what the jeep was doing and when it was having issues. I got a call back the next day saying the Jeep was ready for pickup and they couldnt find anything wrong with it. Whenever I arrived to pick the Jeep up, I checked the odometer to see how far they had driven my Jeep. They drove it 0 miles. It was still on the exact same mileage as when I dropped it off. So I called back once I got home and explained this to the manager. I paid the $200 fee for them to look at it and they didnt even test drive it. They apologized and had me bring it back and gave me a loaner. They had it for a few days and claimed to look over it. They said I had bad suspension parts, and that my transmission just shifts a little hard but there is nothing wrong. I was fed up at this point so I just let it go. Fast forward a few months to April of 2024, its still slipping daily, but it got even worse. It got to the point where the check engine light was flashing and it felt like you were hitting a brick wall when trying to accelerate. Sometimes it wouldn't shift into drive or reverse. I had to have it towed to a different dealership. They immediately condemned my transmission. I am back out on the road with no issues, no thanks to Albertville CDJR. I am very disappointed that I had to pay them a $200 diagnostic fee when they didnt even diagnose anything. I had to pay that fee again at the other dealership, but at least it is fixed now. It drives like a champ now, no suspension issues like they stated.

I bought a RHD jeep at the end of December of 2023. My salesman was Walker. My trade in wasn’t paid off in time. It hit my credit. I received an email it was 30 days past due. When I called CDJR the lady I spoke to knew absolutely nothing about my trade in. She had nothing on it. She gets that figured out and overnighted a check to my lender. Back to the jeep I bought…the day after I bought it the check engine light came on. I take it back in and they replaced the converter on it. They had it several days. I get it back…on the way home (I live 1 hour and 15 min away) and 20 miles down the road the light comes back on. So I take it back AGAIN. This time they can’t figure it out and tell me maybe they just forgot to reset the light when they fixed it. They had it several days again. So I go back and get it and of course it comes right back on. So I take it back once again. This time they replaced all of the O2 sensors. They had it at least a week this time, but finally it’s fixed. Then I have a recall (out of their hands). Few weeks later I’m hearing a knocking noise. I take it to the local dealership where I live to find out it has a bad drive shaft and a bad oil leak. Now I’m out of 700 dollars even with the extended warranty. Finally I go to another dealership to try to trade it in, only to find out the vehicle CDJR sold me for 25k was only worth 15k. I had said vehicle a total of 4 months and it was in the shop literally more than I drove it. I have attempted to get the dealership and the owner to make it right. The salesman blocked me on fb and the owner keeps saying he will get back with me. I am not happy at all with my experience and feel like they could’ve done something to make it right.

I bought a smoky mountain Jeep from them in May of last year, 5 months later in October I had car problems with my front tire, they fixed it themselves, but they left it bad for me, now in February I have it again the same problem, plus extra damaged on some more parts of the car, I have been communicating with the sales agent Connor and he has not given me a response, they believe that the sale ends when the customer takes the car, but really for questions of service, the sale only begins when the client already has his car, it is called sales follow-up, and this makes you generate loyalty in clients and not with this type of actions, bad service on the part of the agency.

We recently purchased a used 2018 Ram 3500 from here. Our salesman was Connor. We live 3 1/2 hrs away in Georgia and had found this truck online through CarGurus. From the beginning, Connor was great. He sent us extra pics and videos of the truck as we had asked, and we never felt pressured to buy the truck from them. We did everything pretty much online and over the phone with him during the purchase process and financing. We were able to get financing turn around pretty quickly and even called us back an hour later and got even better financing with better terms through another bank better than first offer. We drove to the dealership and test drove the truck and decided to go ahead and finalize the purchase. We did however have a couple issues with the heat not working and also a bad leak on the back that was later determined it was the third brake light. They offered to meet us half way a couple days later after purchase, and gave us a loaner car to use while they were fixing things, no cost to us. We are very pleased with the end results and how awesome they were in taking care of us. The only complaint we have is the finance manager, Anthony. We tried to make conversation with him in being friendly and we felt as if we were given the cold shoulder and he just wanted to hurry up and get us out of his office. But again, overall satisfaction was great. Definitely will consider them again for future purchases. Thanks again CDJR Of Albertville for all you did for us! ?

Bought a jeep over a year ago was supposed to have e brake fixed and called when parts arrived and have it fixed and never did get a call saying bring it in or hey your parts are in. But they did make a sale and that's a win I guess for them they done. The sales guy tim was fantastic and would recommend him to anyone. But the parts and service is garbage. My opinion they don't stand by there word.

They are glad to sell you a car, but don't know you after the sale. They told me they would get me a second key for my vehicle, now I can't even get them to call me back. When I finally got ahold of my salesman Tim Smith he acted like we never talked about them getting me a second key.
