Kind, considerate and professional. Dr Trapp & staff are knowledgeable. Excellent care for your beloved pets. I think they understand my Boston Terrier & my rescue baby equally well.

Patiently sat over 30 minutes for the doctor to show up and listened as she conversates in the office with someone then a lady arrives and in less than 2 minutes of her arrival the inconsiderate doctor takes her and her pets straight on back letting me know how important she views the time and patience of a new customer.. been different if the person who’s time was placed more important than ours but less important than an inconsiderate doctor had an emergency situation… I would not wast another minute for a self centered individual who sees others time as not as important as her own.. guess I have seen why she doesn’t seem to have a thriving small practice BAD FOR BUSINESS DOC
