Bought trailer tires.... Was charged for a service I told them I didn't want. No refund issued.

Took my car for 4 new tires. Cashier lost my key, spent 10 minutes looking for it, called me to see if I still had it. Key was in her pocket. 20 minutes after dropping car off, mechanic called me about opening my hood (it has problems from a fender-bender). Told him my hood has nothing to do with tires, he said "oh I thought we were changing the oil." I had problems with one bolt stud ( I was easily able to take off and put on nut by hand), but their air rachets got the nut stuck and i had to go back there to break the bolt off so they could install the tire. They said they couldn't replace it because they didn't have the tools. No discount, no apology. I am now at NTB paying to get it fixed. They removed and kept 3 of my nice valve stem covers. Fun times. All that being said, they were all very nice and friendly, but please think twice about car service here. I would have only spent about $50 more at NTB.

Decent Wal Mart. Parking lot large and easy to manage. Usually stocked well and organized. Self checkouts at both sides. 8 cashiers today.

I don't like being forced to check out and bag my purchases. It is much faster to have a cashier for large quantity purchases. I don't mind self checkouts for small quantity purchases.

After I broke my foot and ankle, I was unable to navigate the store, even with the cart. I order my groceries on line now and my husband picks them up. I've been very impressed with the service. My nervousness over someone else picking out my produce was unwarranted as they've done a very nice job. I've been able to include all store items which has been great too. They give you ample opportunity to substitute items - or not - that are out of stock. One item I wanted that was out of stock was shipped to me at no additional charge. I make my menu and stick to what I need. Less impulse buying. We've had no issues with picking up or missed items. While I miss counting my personal shopping steps in my fitbit, I am not sure I'll ever go back in person!

This Walmart location is typical of the chain. It meets my expectations for a Walmart store. The quality is acceptable.

Had to go to Alabaster to get what I needed, but it was well worth it. Awesome cashiers. Staff down to earth and welcoming. Will be back. Worth while trip.

More and more items are missing from my pickup every time. Last pickup, I had 3 items worth over $100 total not being put in the car. One of the missing items was the inhaler for my asthma.
Seems weird that only the expensive items are missing. I will not do the pickup again arlt this location nor will I shop at this Wal Mart anymore. The online customer service is great though. But a refund doesn't help me when I need those things.

It's a Walmart like any other. This one was large compared to the ones at home. I am from Florida and took a vacation to Nashville. It was the same as home, but different too, It made for quiet an experience. Walmart has a great range of things to buy and look at. Great prices and helpful staff. Security Guards at the store made me feel safe.

It’s about the 2nd or 3rd time I visited this store, and overall, it’s a negative experience at this store. There was an older couple with their groceries items at the Self-Checkout line and they were a little struggling from scanning all the items. Yet, there were about 5-7 staff at the area who were free, and no one offered a help to the couple by bringing them to the regular checkout line. Also, there was no one available at the regular checkout line too (no light was turned on). Not even mentioning the attitude of the staff at the self-checkout line — not rude completely but also not friendly either. Like if you want to ask a question, you’d hesitate to ask… The staff at the Walmart Neighborhood Market stores do the job much better!!
