I moved to Alabama from Arkansas less than one month ago. This was my third time to step foot in the store in alabaster Alabama and it will be my last! Being someone that's unfamiliar with the territory and the store I was followed by three plain clothes, risk management employees constantly for the entirety of my experience, I asked to speak with a manager upon ending. I spoke with Chinos (spelling may be wrong) and gave a description of each of the three people. One was a young man, wearing a long blue shirt, carrying around electronic item. He was accompanied by an older gentleman with a black T-shirt, thrown over his shoulder, and the third was a purple hoodie gentleman in the produce section that consistently looked in my carts and bags, and acted like I was a common thief, I get you might be in a high-risk area but being a former store manager of harps foods (an Arkansas based chain), you need to dial back your risk management in this location! They make you feel like a thief and instead of offering to help you, they FOLLOW you everywhere!
