I usually don't have a problem with this store some of the employees are nice,but I did have a problem today when I came in I asked for 25$ on pump 2 and the lady at the register put the money on the wrong gas pump and then the lady refuse to give me the gas or the money back, the only way I got the gas was getting two cops involved, it shouldn't take two cops just for a mistake you can easily fix

Food taste horrible it's like some type of chemical was mixed in their fryer oil it has a very sour after taste. 25 dollars going to the trash

the store sux one attendant let's you buy two monster's and get one free tonight the lady argued with me and told me the sign was wrong and didn't give me the free monster, I will never shop their again, hell 3 dollars for a candy bar they are out of their minds

This was an awesome store for the first year. It's disgusting now. Very dirty. Everything is a mess and looks gross. They barely make breakfast sandwiches. The employees are outside sitting at the tables and there is a new woman, who is incredibly rude and if she can't scan your ID, she refuses to sell what you need. They are plastic cards. They wear out. She doesn't just look on the card like everyone else. Not to mention I'm 50 years old and my husband 52. I won't go there unless I have to. It's become a disappointment.

Change your store hours if you’re going to be closed before 5am ?. Be like every other store in Alabaster and just close before 12am I guess.

I went in to the one in alabaster at 9:30 in the morning, I was hungry and on my way to work, all they had out was pizza, chicken and burgers, I asked for a breakfast sandwich and they told me they stop serving breakfast at 8:30 ??? who stops serving breakfast that early, not to mention there was Noone at the register or inside the store for almost 5 minutes I was waiting to get a coffee, I almost walked out with the coffee, 3 workers were outside sitting down. The laziness here really gets me, now I'm going to work hungry bc yall didn't wanna do your job.

Just went into racetrac to get a coffee and get my daughter a fountain drink. We saw on the app any size fountain drink is $1 every day when we went to the check out, I put in my rewards number and rang up our items the soda didn't ring up at the right price. So I let the guy know what was going on, he looked like he hated his life and doesn't want to be there at all, and with a attitude he said "our rewards are down right now". Anywhere else would have adjusted the price to honor their policy, but no not him. Then he got annoyed that I was changing my payment method and he had to ring me up. My daughter saw him rolling his eyes. I hope he feels super powerful.

Exactly 10 days ago this brand new gas station opened to the public, first week was amazing! Every employee greeting customers as they walked in, shelfs fully stocked, cleanliness Impeccable, the bathrooms were amazinglyclean. However, I walked in today and it seems as if nobody cares how business is running anymore. As I always say customer service is not a job for someone that all they want is just a paycheck. You have to want to be there. So when you see things that are missing like your coolers empty because no one else is wanting to go back in to the cooler to stock, than you take care of that. When you know you had a busy morning, those bathrooms have to be checked, cleaned and re stocked.Be a leader, not a follower.

Stopped by last week and the place looked awesome! The store was spotless, pizza was delicious, and the frozen yogurt hit the spot on a hot day. Today was a different story, the pizza did not taste the same, the crust was horrible! The frozen yogurt/ice cream machines did not work and there was no sign up saying this. The floor was a mess, stepped on potato wedges 3 times while in there. There were many employees working but only one cashier, so there was a long line to wait in. Two employees went behind the counter but didnt check out anyone, they just yelled for people using a card to use self checkout and one of the self checkouts was not working either. May stop for gas but not going to bother with going inside again.
