“The people here at this shop were angels to us a year ago this July. We had broken down on the interstate on the way home from a very bad vacation... filled with heartache. One of the worst weeks of my life. As our car broke down, so did I... big time. We were able to get our car off the nearest exit and got it to this place. They were completely booked/full/busy and weren't going to take us, but I'm pretty sure one of them noticed how broken I was looking and they squeezed us in. Within an hour and a half, we were back on the road and headed home to Illinois. I haven't forgotten the kindness of that family there at Alabaster Auto Service... I keep our receipt from that day taped inside our cabinet door as a reminder and send prayers their way often.”

“I cannot say enough great things about this business. I called about the A/C in my 2018 Chevrolet Silverado not working. I was able to drop my truck off later that same day, and they had it completely repaired and ready for me to pick up the following afternoon! Pricing was very reasonable, and they communicated and worked with my warranty company, and even tried to get the warranty to cover some other things that they noticed on my truck, without me even asking them! They communicated with me very well throughout the process, and provided top notch customer service. I've definitely found my new go-to auto repair shop for all of my vehicles.”

He was trying to help me get a used one because of the cost, and I was debating between a used one and a brand new one. He even spoke to a guy friend of mine that's in the automotive business, that was pushing me to get a brand new motor. I really appreciated his willingness to speak to my friend because putting $6,000 into a 17 year-old car was a big decision for me as you can imagine.”

“Such a positive experience at Driver's Way! Tracie was kind and funny, and she was very professional and answered all our questions! Buying from Driver's Way was an easy stress free experience. We were not pressured to do anything and could take our time in decision making. Also the used van we bouth from them, despite being 7 years old, felt like it was vrand new! It was clean and detailed and ready to go home with a new owner as soon as we test drove it! It did not show it's age at all!
