We’ve used Morningstar in Alabaster several times and it’s been great each time. Customer service is always helpful, plenty of units, and the truck is a huge perk. Highly recommended from us.

We were buying a house near this location from out of state- talk about nerve-wrecking! I called and talked with Chad- he answered all of my questions- I let him know that we were going to rent a unit from them and also the day that we were planning on driving over a load to store there. Moving is tough! When we arrived to MorningStar- Chad was there- he was ready for us, and showed us around. Our unit was sparkling clean, everything was so easy -such a relief. I have never been more pleased with a transaction much less with a storage company in my life. This place is extremely well cared for, very easy to get your things in and out of, they have very pleasant employees, all are very helpful. We have since moved our things out into our new home and the move out Transaction was just as easy as the move-in one. Excellent service and I recommend this place completely.

Clean, well lit facility. You can tell it is well taken care of. Instructions were clear on the mobile check-in option.

Absolutely love Morningstar Storage! The staff at the Alabaster location are amazing. They patiently answered all of our questions. The facility and grounds are very well maintained and our storage unit is perfect!

Thank you to the Morningstar from Corporate Headquarters to our local Pelham, Alabama team led by Chadman Porter. I have personally used this Morningstar location for my move to Alabama in the past and was very pleased. I asked if a non-profit could get a donation of some storage space. Mr. Porter, explained the requirements and assisted me in filling out the paperwork. He gave me a tour for the facility and now the Missing In America Project Alabama has much needed storage to assist in our mission of locating, identifying and interring the unclaimed remains of Veterans in a national or state Veterans Cemetery. I have and continue to spend $200k annually with MorningStar Storage since they entered the Birmingham, Alabama Market.Corporate Vice President Craig Robertson and Chief Financial Officer Wes Carter refuse to settle a claim where their General Manager allowed (6) individuals after hours access to steal over $1 million from storage units on October 22, 2022.The (former) General Manager falsified documents to allow subjects to use the Morningstar Storage Truck to remove property from the facility. Including (4) $100k Grand Pianos and $150k of my personal property.Once made public, this will be one of the largest “heist” in Birmingham which they are trying to sweep under the rug. I hope local citizens will encourage Morningstar Storage to settle this claim.Pictures are of actual Morningstar Storage Security footage.
