We have used M&M twice for appliance repair. Both times we were treated fairly. The technician explained what the problem was, gave us a quote, and discussed with us the pros and cons of the repair. Our most recent was the dryer. It was almost completely disassembled and we could see the issues. There was no pressure, just information and a recommendation. I highly recommend them for appliance repair and I would expect the same for any other service.

Jason went far and beyond expectations in repairing my dryer and freezer both. He was honest, efficient, answered my questions, offered tips. I could not have been more pleased! And then he topped all that with a very reasonable cost. Ill never call anyone else.

Exceptional!! Dryer stopped working Sunday night. I called a few places Monday. A highly rated place was backed up and referred me here. I called and got an appt for Wed. On time, clean, professional and knew his trade. Very good work

Wow! Jason with M&M was so kind and quick and fixed our fridge water that multiple other repair companies said could not be fixed or were going to charge us a lot in repair attempts that ultimately weren't the issue. He was willing to go under our house to diagnose the problem and left the space clean after the repair. He charged us a very reasonable price for all his work as well. We will absolutely be calling M&M for any and all repairs in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for honest and good service!

We had a dryer just repaired with M & M. It was our 1st time using M & M. We were set up with an appt. within a few days. They showed up right on time and we were ecstatic with their service!! We definitely recommend them and will definitely keep them in mind for future use as well.

We will always use these guys from now on! Jason was the one who came out and knew exactly what the problem was as soon as we told him what happened, he went strait to work and it took him less than 30 minutes to fix it! Great great great people and service!!
