My experience with LJ's Retail Therapy was the BEST! I received my package within 3 days of ordering it, with their standard shipping option! Everything was perfect, the clothing pieces fit true to size, the quality was amazing and the customer service was top notch. I am so excited, I will be a returning customer to this boutique that has shown they hold themselves to high standards!

Customer service is very amazing, Brooke and her entire staff is so nice and very supportive. Brooke has been so nice and following up on my order. I highly recommend this store to anyone of my friends. I will be shopping here a lot.

Nasty attitudes and very profiling. We went in while killing time with T-Mobile and they stared us up and down because we weren’t dressed in anything fancy hoodies and leggings and if looks could kill we would be dead. My friend wasted money on a bumper sticker but I won’t be caught dead back in that store.

morgan and the lovely staff were amazingand gave me a warm welcoming smile when i walked. they made me feel comfortable in all of the dresses i tried on. this is my new favorite store!

Love love love this place! And I really love their sales. I love being able to shop for myself, my toddler grandson and my baby great great niece all at the same time. And I am always able to pick up gifts for almost anyone. Great associates! Helpful and knowledgeable.

Do not purchase gift cards (or anything really) from these scammers. The state of Alabama states that gift cards may not expire for 3 years. LJs insists that their gift cards expire before a year. No expiration ON the card, nothing. They have done this to several people and refuse to make right. I would assume it’s the owner who created this asinine policy. I know times are tough, but this is how you lose customers. A business that has to scam people to keep their doors open doesn’t deserve to stay in business, IMO. Purchase from them at your own risk.

I have shopped at LJ’s many many times over the years, usually before or during holiday season. They have a great selection of gifts and super cute clothing & shoes.I have always found their staff to be very polite, helpful and fun. Attentive to their patrons and informing me of sale items.When I have been trying on clothes there is always a staff member helping get different sizes or a piece to pull an outfit together.Their prices are boutique pricing. Nothing outrageous, it’s nice to find items a little unique.

I have purchased so many things from this store!! Clothes AND ALOT of things for my new home! I did not open the boxes until I moved in to my new home because I didn’t want to repack. I left them in the original box, unopened, until last weekend when we moved in! 3 of the things I opened were broken in tiny pieces. I sent pics to their customer service email asking them to consider helping me since I have purchased numerous items. I received an email today saying….. nope, sorry we can not help you. I will never purchase from this store again, and will write a review where I can. Customer service should be key in every store.
