Had a bad experience. Brought my car in for transmission problem and they did fix the issue but I noticed that the rear bumper was damaged. Also the shocks started failing. I don't trust this place.

Absolutely highly recommend! We got in an accident with our family of 7 traveling north on interstate 65 and JC Motors came to the rescue, stayed late, repaired our big van and got us back on the road. I honestly don't know what we would've done without them. I wish we could use their services again, but we live in Michigan!

I was traveling along Interstate 65 and my car started spewing oil. So I stopped at Walmart they said it was too late so then I went to another local mechanic shop also said it was too close to closing time and then I discovered JC's motor come to the rescue. Even though it was close to closing time but still got my car back on the road. Appreciate all y'all going extra mile for us and strongly advise anybody that needs a vehicle worked on go to JC Motors.

Kevin, the office manager never followed back up after repeated appointment schedules. He stated he would return the call right back, but never did three different times appointment was set and never followed through on.

Each time my car has went to this shop it has stayed for months on end. It seems as if calls are avoided for any updates on my vehicle and you must physically show up at the shop to catch anyone. This past time, codes were ran on diagnostic tool before going to this shop and a few months later the only thing Jose could says was the problem was exactly what the diagnostic tool said. The part was never removed or inspected after going to the shop. I use this shop because my husband insists that they do great work but next time I’ll be better off if I learn to fix it myself before sending it back here for months. If you want to your vehicle repaired do not send it here.

Jose and his staff are very respectful and they can fix it all. If you ever need any work on volkswagens he can fix it. Took my Tiguan in for some service and was ready in less then a day and costed me a lot less then the dealership. Definitely will be back.
