Huge store with SO many options! I went into the store looking for one thing and walked out with my hands full. Organize and well stocked! Staff was very nice.

In general I absolutely love this location and the staff is super sweet and helpful. However tonight we had a different experience at this store all together. An employee by the name of Bailey kept making faces anytime we were in the aisles and she would need to reroute to restock her products because we happened to be shopping with my ten month old son. Then to top it off a woman who I believe is most likely the manager was incredibly rude. She was quite literally huffing and puffing then muttering things under her breath. She then proceeded to walk and bump me with her restocking cart without so much as an excuse me or an apology. As we were checking out she was aggressively slamming the carts back in order. I understand wanting to close the store on time, although we were there at 7:30ish until 8 and they close at 9, but this is unacceptable. If you do not like your job, then leave it’s that simple.

I recently received an Egift card for homegoods after the passing of two grandparents in October. My grandparents loved Christmas and the Egift was to buy a gift that reminded me of them. Amanda, went above and beyond to help me return and item and buy my other ones. She gave me kindness in a moment that was more difficult than I can explain. She was truly fantastic!

Neat store, good staff. But the best thing is the comfortable chairs in the furniture area to sit while your wife spends the whole afternoon picking out two wicker baskets!
