We have been here three times to get an oil change, the 1st time we waited for hours cause they didn’t have the oil for my F150 diesel, they had to send off the parts store to pick up. The Service manager told us to call and make an appointment there wouldn’t be a problem, the second time with an appointment same thing! Sent someone for our oil needed, today is our 3rd time 3pm appointment my technician finally drove to a stall this is now 4:59 a few minutes later another customer comes in and my technician was pulled off of our truck to look at the other truck!! I m fuming at this point l asked for a Service Manager the person that pulled our tech off our vehicle was behind the desk and l asked why my tech was pulled off to take care of the guy’s truck that just walked in! The service manager went out to the bay and my technician came back to our vehicle . Don’t come here unless you want to sit for hours with an appointment!
