We have multiple prescriptions each month and wanted to transfer them all to Brooklere because they are independent and very convenient to our new home in Montevallo. We have had excellent experience with an independent pharmacy, Cahaba Heights Pharmacy, prior to moving. Unfortunately, with Brooklere we always get an automated answering device and never receive a call back. This has been very frustrating with the one “test” prescription we tried.We will continue to drive to our Cahaba Heights independent pharmacy. They answer the phone and always exceed our expectations. Worth the drive.

I went to get my Covid & Flu shots. They were very kind & helpful. I need to go back in two weeks for one more shot. I was so very satisfied with the customer service I received.

Took to long to get what I needed and nobody ever called me to let me know they got what they needed from the doctor office and for me to come back to be fitted.I also wasn't aware they didn't file the item on my insurance that I had to do it myself and the price of the item was way to expensive.

One of their reps just walked up to our office door unmasked and tried to come in to sell us product! No quicker way to get me to NOT use your pharmacy than to ignore all our COVID protocols. Oh, and he laughed when I told him that I needed him to maintain distance since he wasn’t masked. ?

I called to inquire about a specific medication, my normal pharmacy had on back order. The older lady was very rude and didn't even want to deal with me, once she found out the medication was a controlled substance. She then told me, I had to have all my prescriptions transferred or they would not fill my medication. No other pharmacies around are that judgemental and ridiculous. Sad they're willing to lose business and make people feel some type of way because they are on a certain medication. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and let family and friends know as well. I told the lady on the phone that as well, she was rude and acted as if she could care less. If you like that small town judgmental type of place, this one is spot on! Never dealt with a place so hard up for business that they won't fill a prescription another local pharmacy ran out of, unless you transfer all your meds to them. There is way too many competitors close by to ever deal with that type of treatment. Good luck with the unheard of rules you've made up! Now I see why you're never as busy as other drive through pharmacies.

We went to Brooklere for the first time Tuesday after leaving hospital because our normal pharmacy didn’t have what we needed. We were unprepared (without Rx cards). The staff was super helpful and obtained our info from a photo in my phone. They went out of the way to service us. So today, I have transferred ALL of my family’s prescriptions to Brooklere. I felt like I wasn’t just a number. Hats off to a great team!!!
