Hello:I recently purchased some sweat shirts for my family with the Alabama State logo. The website states “custom embroidered seal”. It all looked and sounded great. However, when I received my shirts it was very upsetting because the products were very cheap. I reached out to the owner Jessica and stated my concerns. She replied “I have never had anyone to tell me that. Unfortunately, we don’t give refunds because it was custom made.” I replied, ok. Nothing custom made about a Gildane Sweat Shirt with an iron on patch. Now, I wasn’t asking for a refund, I would have gladly spent the $350 plus dollars on a different product. This experience doesn’t keep me from buying online products. It just keeps me from buying products from “Bedazzlememore.” I am ashame to wear it. Look at the pic.
