Competitive pricing and generally has what's needed in stock. Nice to have a local outlet close by.

Charged lady in front of me nearly $30 for a key fob battery replacement. I wanted two watch batteries installed and was told $52 for both. Customer called when I was there and wanted iPhone screen replacement and she said their screens aren't good and to go through Apple....no wonder store is never busy.

Deceptive waste of time! Called in advance to be sure the store had battery in stock for auto key faub. After associate reluctantly checked, informed that "part" would have to be ordered. Didn't need a "part", just a battery. I was going to make an hour drive to frequent this store based of add on 99.5FM. If specific batteries for vehicles aren't in stock then add on radio needs to reflect that fact.

Great Service. Their prices on car batteries were better than the auto store.

Although it took a while. I am very grateful for them! The screens looks amazing. I have insurance so I only had to pay $29.25 which was even more of a plus!

A $200+ Duracell Ultra AGM car battery is obviously on it's last legs after four years of good service. Still has a month of full warranty left though, but goes dead and won't start the car if I'm not careful to disconnect it each night.I first went to my local Batteries Plus store in Trussville, Alabama and they tested and confirmed a replacement under warranty was necessary. Fortunately, they noted the full replacement guarantee was still in effect. They even called the store where I originally bought it (in Tennessee) to confirm the receipt and printed me a copy. But they didn't have the correct battery in their stock and three weeks later was the soonest they could get it in. Pushing the date on the warranty, but the salesman in Trussville said he'd be sure it was covered. My wife's leaving town tomorrow for a visit to friends and taking my other car. So I phoned around to several other stores, and the store at Alabaster was recommended as a possibility.Sure enough, they had two of the right batteries in stock. I mentioned the warranty replacement, and a sales person said they would have to call the Trussville store to confirm the testing diagnosis. I said fine and I'd be on my way.She said nothing about any other requirement to getting my on the road with the right new battery.Drove a round-trip of 62 miles to her store in Alabaster for nothing but frustration.Yes, they had the batteries, and the guy on duty said he'd gotten a note that I was coming, and had kind of battery I'd be needing. Then the story changed...He called the guys at the Trussville store. They confirmed the battery was both covered by the warranty and definitely in need of replacement. They told him they tested the battery in my car in their parking lot, and immediately authorized the warranty coverage and replacement. The Alabaster sales rep however was not having it. He returned with the news that I'd be required to leave the battery with them in Alabaster overnight and they'd test it again in the morning."It has to be fully charged the night before..." he said"I did that last night, with a brand-new charger." I replied, because that's what I'd done before the test in Trussville."Well, to honor the warranty, we have to charge it here on our bench over night and then test it." he retorted. It's the procedure they use, and while that might be prudent, it was never mentioned before this and is certainly not the universal Batteries Plus practice in my experience."Then how am I supposed to get home tonight?" I asked."That's just our policy" he said."You should have told me that before I came." I answered. "If I'd known that I could have made arrangements. You're following your procedures is fine. But your sales lady never mentioned this requirement.""Sorry for the communication problem." was his reply."I want to speak with your supervisor." I said"She's not here, she left (this was the original person with whom I spoke earlier).""Then give me the phone number of the [franchise] owner. I'd like to speak with him.""We don't have his number." he said. And so on.Would never recommend this store because the front line people apparently are not authorized by the franchisee to solve the customer's problems. Yes, the store guy there did apologize for "...the communication problem."But offered no other solution. Finally, I called the Batteries Plus National Customer Service number. The rep there listened to my story, apologized, and said she'd look into getting the correct battery to the Trussville store ASAP. We'll see if that happens.

I was going to use this location I had originally called and gotten a quote for $209 to repair my phone And was told that the color would not be the same as I currently have which would have been fine if it had been that price. When I had gone in I'd been given a different price and been told that I would have had to wait to have it done completely and it would be over $400. The reason that I am giving 3 stars is because of staff was nice. If you have money to just throw away this is definitely your place to go if not I would highly recommend I fix in Pelham I paid 200 for everything And they would have everything next day.

It has moved down the hill from the location Google directed me. They have batteries. I appreciate good customer service, I did not receive it, but I got the battery I needed.

Both employees were very courteous , friendly and helpful. Store was lite up where I could see everything without any problem (I'm 80 years old) and everything was clean and very well stocked. Price of the battery I purchased was very reasonable and best of all, Batteries + Bulbs gave me a military discount for my 23+ years of active duty. I WILL be using Batteries Plus Bulbs again and again.
