Not only did he call the customer service line multiple times while I was sitting there, but he also took it upon himself to get it prioritized and made sure I got exactly what I needed.”
“I have been a customer for several years including when this branch was a Wachovia. I went to this branch on August 17th to open an estate account. I was told by a teller that they only had ONE banker and could not see a banker without an appointment. Disappointing, but I made an appointment on line and had an appointment set for August 31st. Then a banker on August 26th from this branch calls me to tell me that they overbooked on the 31st so they won't have time to open the account, and I had to reschedule. How is this my fault? This was the second time I was discouraged from opening an account. So now I have an appointment on September 14th. I am going to give Wells Fargo one more chance to show they care about my business. If things don't go well I will take my business, including my mortgage, to a different bank. I will update this review at that time.
Update: 9/16/2024. I was able to complete opening the estate account on 9/14/2024. The representative who assisted me was very courteous and professional. I think things have been made right at this point. Thank you.”
