This company offers less expensive options as a starting point but there is a constant upsell from the employees. From the pre-screen upsell, to the glasses/contacts upsell, to the extended warranties and club membership upsell, .etc. They also overbook appointment times causing a backlog of customers in the store. I understand this a business to make money, it just gets tiresome getting a constant sales pitch at every area to which you move. Also, after you book an appointment, there are constant emails, phone calls, and texts even after you confirm the appointment. I’m sure there are a lot of no-show people but once an appointment has been verbally confirmed, enough already!

Dr was great. Staff is horrible! After coining in two weeks before my appointment to verify benefits , was told after I have exam they are out of network and I would have to pay way more. Front staff needs better training or they should not advise anyone of benefits. I do insurance for a living so I have an idea.

From making the appointment to completing the appointment everyone was very kind. Testing was proficient, would have liked to have had the tests explained as to what they were doing. But they were gentle and took time for cleanliness. Appointment was at 11 and finished by 1. That amount of time seemed long, waiting in waiting room between tests was what took up time, but don't know if that can be streamlined without compromising the kindness or cleanliness. Did not have to choose glasses so can't offer an opinion on that subject.

I recently moved to Alabama and had my 1st appointment and was extremely pleased with my Dr, the staff, selection and prices. My glasses fit me perfectly and they definitely got my prescription correct. Will definitely be a repeat patient!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming from the second you open the door. Store was very very cleanI have no complaints.Dr Hill is so friendly I felt as if I was talking with people I have known for years.Oh, I have to throw in there she smells great. LOLJessica the sales associate is awesome and honest. She is not one that's just out to make a sale. If you try own a pair and she doesn't think it's your style she will tell you. Lol.Now to wait for the glasses to come in. I hope they are as good as the store and staff.

I don't normally do reviews.This is the first time I have visited an America's Best store and would like to recognize Lakesha for excellent customer care. This young lady saved me $300. She was very professional, caring and attentive to my needs. First impressions are very important and she made an excellent one.

They have a doctor that failed to sign my DMV sheet, then me being required to get another one, they want to charge me for the second exam thats only necessary because of there mistake, AND there isnt a doctor in until the end of the week? Garbage
